I'm a systems-minded design leader, Navy veteran, and independent consultant who helps organizations bring clarity to complex problems.

Over the past 17 years, I've led work spanning design systems, governance, and organizational alignment—including consulting with Apple's Interactive Design Systems team. I’m focused on creating the frameworks, processes, and decision-making structures that help teams scale great experiences.

I'm particularly interested in the intersection of technology, human behavior, and social impact—from civil liberties and privacy rights, to public-interest investigations and genetic genealogy, to household resilience and sustainable living. At the core of my work is a simple question:

How can we build systems that give people more agency, access, and opportunity to help make better decisions together?

When I'm not working, I'm usually learning something new, tending the garden, or being outnumbered by my three kids.
